
I have a greater respect for individuals that loose weight. The dedication and hard work that comes along with it is huge!
I have really, really, REALLY tried to loose but not just loose weight but GET HEALTHY.
I have learned more about food, that it is not just fun to eat, but food is fuel for your body. We need to put the right foods in our bodies to make them run correctly.
I went in and did my Body mass Index and I noticed that I didn't change anything.. so I was so confused. Why was I working so hard with exercise and eating only to be disappointed with no change.
I sat down with a trainer and he explained alot to me. He said that if I don't eat the right foods, protein, etc. then my body would take what it needed from my muscles and I would not see good results. I could eat veggies till i'm green in the face but what my body needed was the protein to repair the muscle that I was building and also have the yummy veggies and good fruits.
Wow, I really did learn alot... I went home and applied it... And wouldn't you guess it, I saw results.....

It has been harder than I thought since my doctor took my off of complete cardio, which is a huge help with loosing weight. I'm on strict orders for 4 weeks. NOT A GOOD TIME TO HURT MY FEET... :(
I'm trying to make the best of it. Using free weights, eating the right food to fuel my body correctly and having fun. I have loved the excitement of this experience.
