A REALLY GREAT MONDAY!

My day was amazingly GREAT! It started with my hubby letting me sleep till 9AM! That is huge... and then Hunter and I just hung out at the house playing with his new toys, no where to go or be just having fun. I enjoyed laughing and tickling Hunter and we even organized his toys in his room. There was not frustration just laughter and happiness. Oh and then we went bug catching that was a sight in its self to see a grown woman trying to catch a bug... I hate bugs. So you can only imagine.. go ahead and laugh......Then Hunter took a 3 hour nap wow that was a change for me so I got to organize the magazine basket, throw stuff away and catch up on emails. I enjoyed reading an article in the ensign about living a balanced life, wow that was an eye opener. Later that afternoon we went to get a hair cut for Hunter and the place was closed so we ended up going to a "barber" for the first time.. it was neat they treated him like the big boys. He was the life of the party, the men all thought he was funny. They laughed at his little remarks. Then off to the gym for us... Hunter went to the Kid zone play area and I hit the treadmill. How refreshing it felt when I got done. Our final stop that night was publix (had to get some healthy food) need to loose those extra pounds before the wedding i'm in. ;). Anyways to finish the fun day off while we were leaving Publix I handed Hunter a banana and he put it right up to his ear and said "hello daddy, whatcha doing" he was pretending to talk to his daddy on the banana phone... It was priceless. I just laughed so hard I had a smile on my face the whole way home. I have to thank the lord for a fun day with my little guy. No worries, frustrations, timeouts,tears (me or him) It really made me appreciate the little guy that he is and his fun personality. We laughed and played and I'm greatful for this special day.

I'm a Big Boy Now - Hunter's 3rd Birthday Bash!

Hunter LOVED his Monster Truck Cupcakes... All week Hunter would tell people it was his birthday and he was Three, while he help his 3 fingers up and then he would tell them he was having a monster party with CUPCAKES!!! So you can imagine he checked out his cupcakes all day after we picked it up from publix. I loved to see his expression and joy.

Alicia and Emily had fun decorating the house while Hunter and Jocelyn took a nap. He loved all the balloons and was so excited about the big monster truck pinata on the table. It was so fun to see Hunter get so excited.... Thanks Emily for all of your help!

When Hunter went to sleep the night before his birthday Alicia decorated his room with balloons on the fan. So when he woke up this is what he found. He was so excited and loved it. ... it felt like christmas morning for me cause I just wanted to see him when he woke up... what a fun time. :)

I loved this banner !! It is going to go in his room for some fun monster truck times.

Hunter's party friend... Travis, Maggie, Jackson, Joseph, HUNTER, Molly, Ashlyn, Jocelyn and Gordon. They had a blast.... we ordered PIZZA!
