Really 1 Year

Sometimes I forget the fact that I had cancer.
Then there are some days that I look in the mirror and i'm reminded of the emotions I have had when I see the scar that is slowly fading on my neck.

Can it really be 1 year, wow!
Time has flown by and so much has happened.
I feel great, mentally and physically.
I have closure, i'm happy, my mind is filled with positive and great times.
I'm excited for the future!
Hey hey.. celebrate good times... come on!

Cancer free for 1 year, it doesn't get any better than that!!!!!

Training....

O.k. it's official... I'm going to sign up for ANOTHER 5k! I must be CRAZY! Luckily I have been working out more, and now I think i'm a little more prepared... any tips from you runners out there??

Tue Run 8 mins, walk 2 mins. Do 3 times

Thu Run 10 mins, walk 2 mins. Do twice then run for 5 mins

Tue Run 9 mins, walk 1 min. Do 3 times

Flag football over...

Hunter enjoyed flag football, he even wanted to play it in the fall. Hunter rocked at pulling flags and running and his buddy Gordon was headed for a touch down! They had fun playing together... Trophy Time!
