Hunter ended up getting moved from his original teacher to Mrs. Deck. I got to meet her at the Open House and she is wonderful. So full of energy, so excited about these new students and so eager to teach them. Her exact words where "I'm ready to fly with them" . She really encourages them to wants them to succeed. Her classroom was ADORABLE I loved it. The sign on the door says "welcome aboard".... everything in the classroom is themed like a boat. There are anchors and other really cute items. I loved the atmosphere and i'm excited for my little man to have a great year ahead in 1st grade.
