Fun Filled Holidays Ahead - Making Special Family Memories

I'm just so excited to know that we will be having Thanksgiving with Steve's family this year. Steve's brothers - Randy, Mike (hopefully), and Matt are coming and of course they are bringing there special families. We are bummed thou not to have Ryan and Laura with the kids.. it just won't be the same without them and Iris. I'm excited to be cooking with the girls (o.k. so maybe not all the slaving in the kitchen) but really just sitting around chatting and laughing is the best time. I'm going to try a new stuffing receipe by "Sandra Lee- simply homemade" and you just have to love all the turkey, pumpkin pies, mashed potatoes and gravy... HUMMM GOOD! Steve will be incharge of the turkey and the girls will do the rest.. man i'm counting down the days to see our loved ones. Get the cousins together and just have fun. We have LOTS to be thankful for.

We wish you a merry christmas, we wish you a merry christmas........that is what I heard this morning on the radio... is it really that time already? Well i'm glad it is coming cause I have some fun christmas plans ahead. Both my sister's Bethany and Emily are coming for christmas. Cousins playing, girls chatting, guys watching football. Bethany is going to read the nativity story of Jesus and we are going to go looking at christmas lights, decorate cookies and just have some fun. I just love seeing christmas lights and decorating my house. LOVE IT!!! There is so much excitement for the kids christmas morning, opening presents, remembering baby Jesus and having christmas dinner together. I can't wait till then. So much fun times to be thankful for and excited about. YIPEE!
