So imagine it is 1:45 in the morning!! You are sound asleep dreaming wonderful dreams and all of a sudden a loud long piercing noise rings out in your bedroom...... i'm totally laughing out loud right now because I have never seen Steve jump up so fast out of bed. I'm telling you it was so dang funny. Our fire alarm had gone off, so of course Steve checked the whole house making sure Hunter was o.k. and there wasn't any fire. We were glad that there wasn't anything wrong but Steve was so ticked that he took the fire alarm down. I haven't laughed so hard like that in quit awhile. I felt bad Steve just wanted to go to bed and all I could do is giggle. I guess it is time to change the batteries. Needless to say we didn't get back to sleep for a long time. What a night. LOL :)

HIlarious because I can totally see Steve in my head as you described it. Poor thing. That is so annoying. We have gone through dead batteries in our fire alarm, too. It stinks to be woken up in the middle of the night. But I loved your giggles.

That has happened to us a few times, and always in the middle of the night. The sad part? I always sleep through it. Scary! :)
