Potty Training gone SOOOO wrong!!!

BEWARE OF LAUGHTER!!!! Potty training has gone SO wrong!! Henry, Steve and Hunter where in the living room playing the wii..All of a sudden Henry gets quiet, I said where is Henry and at that moment Steve gets hit with a "ball" of poop! Henry went poop IN THE corner of the LIVING room and picked it up and threw it at Steve. We have not stopped laughing since. Luckily it was only a little one. YUCK! But hey he didn't pee!! He did do that in the toilet. HA HA HA

Henry's Monday Playgroup

Henry had a great first day of the week.

While Hunter was in school, Henry had his own playgroup.

The kids had fun exploring all of the new toys

and the moms enjoyed each others company.

Yeah for adult interaction and kid play time.

It's a new school year! Our Hunter boy is in 1st grade and we are off to a great start.

NO tears, NO holding on to mommy or daddy,

ONLY, see ya later.

It was such a difference from Kindergarten.

I got to volunteer in the classroom and have lunch with Hunter and I so enjoyed the time spent at the school.

We asked Hunter what he thought about his teacher and he said "she is nice and pretty"!

Hunter's exact words for his first day in 1st Grade,

"AWESOME AND PERFECT".

Hunter's Bounce House Birthday Bash

Hunter and all his friends and family came to celebrate his 6ht birthday. The kids had a blast bouncing and sliding. I still think the adults had more fun once all the kids left. It was the perfect party and Hunter had so much fun. Happy 6th Birthday Hunter boy!!

Hunter asked me to make a bounce house cake.... Yikes!

I did a little research and this is what I came up with. First attempt.. I would have to say it turned out pretty good.

My sweet boy - Happy 6th Birthday Hunter

Hunter is the kindest, sweetest and loving little dude.

He is so smart, loves to read, learn his math and his favorite thing to say to mommy is "really you don't think I know this answer"... of course he gets it right. We love watching him grow.

His excitement for life is contagious. He loves to go to the woods with his daddy, ride his 4-wheeler and PLAY THE Wii!!!!

He is a great eater, not picky, of course he will fuss a little about veggies but for the most part he wants salads and healthy food.

Hunter starts first grade and we could not be more excited and eager for him to absorb all the new cool stuff.

Our little man is funny, and loves to make others laugh. He is a good friend and easy going. He adores his baby brother and is so sweet to his parents. Hunter is also FISTY!! This little man is our stallion. He is wild and tame... but mostly WiLD. LOL.

Hunter is one of the many awesome blessings in our lives. His smile melts our heart and we treasure each moment with him. We love our Hunter boy!

Party with Papa and Grandma Cilla....first RIFLE...

Hunter was so excited to get a SPECIAL present from his daddy. Steve got him his first rifle. It is a kid size 22 caliber... (called a cricket). Honestly I as a mom have VERY mixed emotions about it. On the other hand it is something Hunter and his daddy can do together. It was an exciting time for Hunter.

Hunter loves his grandparents and always enjoys them coming over. They got him a new Wii game!

Wii Wednesday

The boys had a blast playing the Wii, watching movies, eating junk food and hanging out. I was so much fun having all of Hunter's buddies over.

5K with my girls!!

It was HOT,but it was FUN.

O.k. soooo I know I said I would NEVER run another 5K again... so much for that! ha ha ha

My dear friend Angela wanted to run a race for the first time! So my awesome sister Bethany, Rockin Friend Lauren and myself all jumped in the car with Angela and we headed to Jax for a 5K!

Angela RAN her little heart out the WHOLE race! There were 2 huge bridges... I had to end up walking one of the bridges. Actually alot of people where walking. Really it was hot and my hands and face where swelling... but dang it.. I beat my time by 4 mins!!!! 4 mins.. that is huge at least for me. Not to mention the people cheering us on at the red lights. Oh and the cop that was very happy to give me a ride back to the finish line on his motorcycle... ha ha ha (no I didn't take it, but let me tell you it was a tempting offer...) :) It was a fun race...entertaining for sure.

And then I got to the finish line.. excited and EXHAUSTED! My body wanted to do the passout thing again, luckily Lauren was there telling me DRINK DRINK DRINK... and then she poured water down my back... COLD water ... hello that took the dizziness away... :) Once we all cooled off we hit Dairy Queen... nice huh!

Will I ever do another run... hummm we will just have to see. But for this race... it was awesome hanging with these ladies and rewarding to cross the finish line!

Finally completed Henry's book... yahoo!!!

60th Birthday....

We surprised my dad with a birthday dinner, DVD with fun pictures of him and family, and special presents to show him how much we loved him. It was great to get everyone together to celebrate! Happy 60th birthday Dad!
